OUR EMPLOYEES

The team of AGLAYA 11 Translation Agency is experienced and ambitious. Some of the employees have been involved in the provision of translation services since 2003.

Each staff member of AGLAYA 11 has a clearly defined role in the implementation of our quality management system. Project managers respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, accept and process translation orders from receipt to delivery to the customer. They are also responsible for communicating with the customer in connection with the orders.

The client’s requirements are leading in our work. We all believe that a satisfied customer is the best yardstick of the quality of the services and the success of a company.

OUR TRANSLATORS, INTERPRETERS AND EDITORS

The translations are performed by qualified translators, most of whom have a university degree in linguistics, translation or philology. All of them have been approved to perform translation activities by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The selection of translators and editors is carried out in accordance with a strict procedure, which is part of the overall Quality Management System of the company. The selection criteria are fully compliant with the industry standards.

All our translators and editors sign a Confidentiality Agreement, requiring them to keep confidential and not to disclose any information that they have become aware of in the course of executing the translation orders assigned to them.
