From its establishment, until the termination of the licensing requirement, Aglaya 11 EOOD was licensed by the Consular Relations Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to perform official translations of documents for Bulgaria and abroad under contract No. 1901. In March 2018 the licensing system was cancelled..

The agency works successfully both on the Bulgarian and European markets, serving state institutions, international and Bulgarian organisations, law firms, construction and consulting companies, food chains, and other private sector companies.
