An important aspect of the system is the continuous improvement of our work processes and so the improvement of our services quality.
When processing and executing translation projects, we comply with our Personal Data Protection Policy and Internal Rules. In addition, upon a client request, the agency may enter into a special agreement on personal data protection, as part of the translation services contract.
We implement a flexible system for orders receipt and transmission – by e-mail, by request at the office, by courier, by postal services. We offer a 100% comprehensive service that, in addition to translating, editing, authenticating and legalising documents, includes a number of additional services such as scanning and converting documents in different file formats, typing, special formatting, sending documents by mail or courier, etc. We also offer conference equipment for rent, organising events and accompanying foreign guests. For our clients’ convenience, we keep an archive of the translations made, for the protection of which we have taken the necessary technical and organisational measures.
